SPPID exports - improve the import to better match what SPPID has exproted

SPPID export into PlantSight/iModel has differences between what was exported and what is visable in the iTwin viewers (PS0 for ALIM).

  1. Hidden text in SPPID is visible in iTwin viewer

  2. Change propertie markers are unable to to be turned off as in SPPID as they are on the same layer as all the text on the drawing

  3. If the border is a reference of a SmartSketch drawing (.IGR), which most SPPID setup use this, it is not displayed because it is not part of the export, how this be fixed in the iModel?

    You can put the border in the same folder as the P&IDs to be imported and it will be visible the next time you import or synchronize. I agree with items 1 and 2. I have used the API in the past to make the border and drawings look nicer but would be good if it was done automatically.
