Provide access to unlock objects at PlantSight for few or specific users. User launched a project and someone had tried to publish to facility - there is now an error that says "Publish to Facility Sparta has failed" with some additional information.

Shell requests to have all users accept the legal terms for usage of Pangaea by way of a pop-up disclaimer form when a user enters into PlantSight or ALIM. Is there a ready-now capability in Bentley for this?
