If the property "Hold Status" (or whatever the user names it) is defined at the "Device" level in the schema, you could create a data visualization on the "Device" class for all statuses of the "Hold" property. The only caveat here is that depending on the size of the model, this could take some time to recolor everything in the model based on that attribute.
