Fix "Delete" option in "Intelligent PID Import" process

At the moment, User can only accept or ignore recognized tag on scanned PDF. "Delete" option doesn't work. In short test for three different components I set "Approve" for the first one, the second one was ignored and the last was "Deleted", but when went to the import process in "Deleted" section is shown "0". The workaround for now is to choose "Ignore" and do not select "Delete". See attached files.
