While managing multiple projects that require project-specific roles, we have identified a limitation in the current system. At present, there is no functionality within PlantSight or connect.bentley.com to extract a comprehensive list of project specific roles across multiple projects and facilities. we have to open each project and extract the list.

We would like to propose an enhancement to address this gap. Specifically, the development of an API or an alternative solution that enables organizations to retrieve all roles defined across projects and facilities in a consolidated manner. This capability would greatly improve efficiency and governance in role management.
