Users added to multiple facilities and multiple projects in Plantsight have to click on each and every individual emails sent to them in order to get access. Can this be streamlined so that the first email then provides access to all PlantSight areas where the user is added?
Currently each individual email also contains the project link which is important for those external members whom do not have a PlantSight entitlement of their own. This is a feature of IMS and I can discuss how this can be changed in the future but the PlantSight team cannot change this core functionality itself.
