TKIS team requires a way to query acquisition job details (Completed/Errored status) quick overview or a dashboard to track jobs across multiple projects directly from iModel using ECSQL or some other ways.
Currently, there is no clear class or schema in iModel that stores acquisition job metadata.
We have multiple projects in progress, and each project has 8 - 15 acquisition jobs which are scheduled on daily basis. It's a bit hard to keep track of all acquisition jobs on each project if they have Completed or Errored.
No ECSQL-accessible class exists to extract job status for reporting.
I would like to extract an excel output on daily basis using ecsql from imodel, and export status of each job.
Can you please share details or a workaround to track quickly the job details.
Today there isn't a way to pull data from multiple projects into a single portal location. The user would have to go to the acquisition portal for each project individually to check job status.
I will forward this to the connector team to see if there is a way we can extract status perhaps to a PowerBI dashboard which we could then pull data from multiple projects to a single location.
