Automate creation of named version after aggregation-lite or a data load (tag baselining from ALIM). Currently, creating a named version is manually required after aggregation-lite in order to visualize data in viewer.
Loading of an Excel file should not trigger a named version on it's own - we need to review this in the context of the changes being made to Aggregation overall.
