tkUIPL Users have expressed concerns about the lack of visibility and control when jobs are deleted or the Project share data deleted or modified in the PlantSight portal. To improve transparency and accountability, we propose the following enhancements:
Project team Notifications -
Enable automatic notifications to the project team when a job is deleted or significantly altered.
Allow users to customize notification preferences (e.g., email, in-app alerts, Slack integration).
Audit log access
Provide project-level audit logs that track job creation, modification, and deletion.
Make logs accessible to project admins and configurable for other roles.
Job deletion
Deleting should be a role-based restrictions for job deletion.
Add confirmation prompts for critical deletions.

On the acquisition side we can collaborate with the folks working on the acquisition portal updates on this and on the audit logging there is already an initiative going on internally that we can add these use cases to.
