When creating an Issue and a related markup, it would be helpful be able to edit the markup after its initial creation and subsequent save. It could be that the markup requires additional information or the creator of the markup made a mistake. I realize you can add an additional markup to an issue, but this creates an additional mark required by the design teams to make the change.
