User noted that the Issue Resolution Service (based on Forms Service) is not deployed consistently across products. PlantSight includes the tab for "View Project Documents" and "View Related Forms and Issues" whereas in PDF Service, those two tabs are missing. In particular, without View Project Documents, they cannot insert a link to a documents and can only copy a URL link as text into Description. Please add the missing tabs to IRS in PDF Markup Service
